Cycling class this morning bright and early! Did abs right after for about 10 minutes. Running later this evening- first 2 miles!!!! It felt really good! I'm getting some minor shin splints while I run, but they stop immediately when I stop running so I don't think they are anything to worry about. Just out of practice with my running muscles?
